Shipping policy

If delivery option is selected at the time of checkout, this shipping policy will apply.

Delivery of your Yum Box will only be made on the date selected, within the time range opted for. If there are unforeseen circumstances that ay impact delivery, you will be notified via email, phone or text.

To abide by contactless delivery precautions, when possible our team will make the delivery and will alert the customer of the successful delivery. Please ensure you have a safe, secure spot where the delivery can be made if you are not home to receive the item. All items will be left at the location and it is your responsibility to pick up the item after the drop-off.

 

No delivery address change can be made while out for delivery.
