Events, corporate and larger orders (exceeding $250), corporate and events need a *minimum* 7 days in advance booking.
All of our packages, inserts and cutlery are FDA approved and eco friendly.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is provided within the time range selected upon checkout. You will receive a notification once it's out for delivery and once it's been delivered. The driver will knock, ring, call (if the number was provided) and if no answer, it will be left at the best/safest area possible. *Please note: there could be an hour delay or advance of the time frame*
Can I request a customized box?
We will try our best to accommodate customized boxes. Contact us directly if you have a custom order or request.
Do you provide catering?
Catering and events are available. Please send an email to info@theyumbox.ca with the date in mind, number of people and time, - we will respond within 2 business days.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to parts of Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Mississauga and Toronto. We deliver to all of Burlington, Oakville and Milton.
Delivery fees range from $12-$35
Your delivery fee will be calculated at the time of check out.
Do you provide plates and cutlery?
For larger sized orders, we provide plates, tongs, appetizer forks, and spoon spreaders, all eco-friendly!
We have eco-friendly platters and wooden boards available for an additional cost.
You can bring your own board and we can create the charcuterie on your board (BYOB)
Or we also have wooden board rentals.

Need to cancel? We recommend rescheduling your order.
A 5% transaction fee is non-refundable for all cancellations.
If you really need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours before your delivery or pick-up date.
Anything less than 24 hours will be non-refundable.
Same day and rush orders are non-refundable.
Can you accommodate dietary requests?
We can accommodate some dietary requests. We do not provide Halal or Vegan. Our food is stored and prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of exposure to allergens. We will try our best to accommodate mild allergens but we are not able to accommodate severe.

Credit card and e-transfer. If we do not receive the e-transfer within 12 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
