We are currently asking for a 12-24 hour notice; if you can't select a date it means we're fully booked.
All of our packages, inserts and cutlery are FDA approved and eco friendly.
*Orders outside of Oakville & Burlington, must be a minimum of $65 (Delivery fee not included in the minimum order.)*
We will try our best to accommodate customized boxes. Contact us directly if you have a custom order or request.
Catering options are available. Please send an email to info@theyumbox.ca with the date in mind, number of people, time, and what type of food - we will respond within 48 hours.
Delivery is provided within the time range selected upon checkout. Generally 3 hour time slots.*Please note there could be an hour before or after the time frame* You will receive a notification once it's out for delivery and once it's been delivered. The driver will knock, ring, and if no answer, it will be left on the porch or safe place.
We provide plates (for Medium+ sizes), tongs, appetizer forks, and spoon spreaders, all eco-friendly!
We provide eco-friendly platters for an additional fee.
Wooden boards are available for an additional cost and must be ordered 5 days before.
You can also bring your own board and we can create the charcuterie on your own board (BYOB)
Please let us know of a cancellation at least 24 hours before delivery or pick up date. Anything less than 24 hours will be non-refundable. Same day and rush orders are non-refundable.
We can accommodate most dietary requests. Our food is stored and prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of exposure to allergens/restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate mild allergens but we are not able to accommodate severe.
We do not provide Halal or Vegan.
Credit card and e-transfer. If we do not receive the e-transfer within 12 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled.
All fruit is prewashed and food is handled properly before, during and after! Our kitchen is always cleaned and disinfected before, during and after. *Canadian Food Handler certified*
