Refund Policy


To simplify the process of ordering, we ask that you select your pickup or delivery date of your box in advance. This is done to ensure maximal time is provided to us to properly handle your order and to accommodate any special requests.

If you have placed an order, you may cancel the order with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled time of delivery or pickup. All holiday and special occasions orders are only refundable with 7 day notice prior to your requested pickup or delivery time.

***ALL REFUND/CANCELLATION REQUESTS HAVE A 5% NON-REFUNDABLE FEE***

To cancel your request, you will have to write to info@theyumbox.ca or use the Live Chat feature. No order will be considered cancelled, unless approved by our team via a response written or verbal.
