To simplify the process of ordering, we ask that you select your pickup or delivery date of your box in advance. This is done to ensure maximal time is provided to us to properly handle your order and to accommodate any special requests.
If you have placed an order in advance, you may cancel the order with a minimum of 12 hours notice prior to your scheduled time of delivery or pickup.
To cancel your request, you will have to write to email@example.com or use the Live Chat feature to do so. No order will be considered cancelled, unless approved by our team via a response written or verbal.
Any orders place with same day or rush pickup/delivery, are non-refundable.
Once an item has been picked up or delivered, a refund will no longer be applicable. If there are any concerns with your order, please ensure you contact us.
